INFORMACIÓN:

In an exciting and challenging role, you will be able to help shape the future of the UK division of the best known fruit company in the world. Working in a close team, in a lively, fun environment you will be responsible for developing new products, and redeveloping existing products from brief, and concept right through to launch. Working on both own label and Del Monte branded products, you will work across all major channels from retail, to foodservice, wholesale, and Food to Go. This role is focussed solely on our UK prepared fruit business.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning the critical paths for new products
• Keeping up to date with market trends and recommending innovative products to drive the category.
• Improving and streamlining NPD processes
• Meeting with customers regularly to develop the right range of products.
• Working closely with the commercial, technical, production and purchasing teams.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, within a food manufacturing environment, preferably with chilled, short shelf life products.

You will have a good understanding of food safety regulations, including HACCP. Good all round computer skills, and excellent knowledge of KPI measurement and controls.

You must be flexible and have a hands on approach to work.
